How it works
Write, agree, follow up
-
1 Write
A full draft from your description
- Describe what you need in your own words; the assistant asks only for what is missing.
- Pick from more than 500 Saudi contract types, or get a custom contract drafted.
- It drafts with your approved clauses, or you upload your current contract as Word or PDF.
-
2 Agree
Negotiate on the clause itself
- Send the contract to each party by email; they approve, reject or request a clause change.
- See each requested change word by word and accept, reject or edit it.
- The assistant suggests a middle-ground wording when you disagree.
-
3 Follow up
A contract does not end at signing
- The assistant finds payments and obligations in the text; nothing is added until you choose it.
- Record money received and obligations done, with proof.
- Get alerts before each date, and a renewal question before the contract ends.
The assistant
Talk to the assistant like you would to your adviser
No long forms. Write what you need in your own words, and the assistant does the rest and explains each step.
- Asks only what is missing
- It understands your description and asks only what the contract needs.
- Ask your contract
- Ask about any term, and see the clause behind the answer.
- Edit by talking
- Say "make the notice period 60 days" and get a new version, with the old one kept.
- Rewrite any clause
- Explain or rewrite it, see before and after, then accept or reject.

After signing
Never miss a date or a payment
Most contract tools stop at signing. In Oqda the contract stays alive: you know what is due today and what is late, and you decide on renewal in time.
- 60, 30 and 7 days before An alert that the contract is ending
- Before the deadline A reminder to give notice of non-renewal
- Before it ends The renewal question: annex or new contract
- On every due date Payments and obligations, and the late ones
Follow-up and payments
What is due today and within 7 and 30 days, with totals of what you expect to receive and what you owe.
Annexes and letters
Extension, renewal and amendment annexes; warning, termination and demand letters; clearances, numbered under the contract.
Ask your contract
Ask about any term, and the assistant shows the clause behind its answer.
Smart review
A risk level and notes on clauses by importance, each with a suggested fix you accept or reject.

FAQ
Before you start
Does Oqda replace a lawyer?
No. Oqda drafts, reviews and follows your contracts, and the decisions are yours. For large or complex contracts we recommend a lawyer's review before signing.
Does the other party need an account?
They get the contract link by email and sign in with a free account on that email to approve, comment or request a clause change.
Can I upload my existing contracts?
Yes, as Word, PDF or text. The assistant suggests the contract's details, payments and obligations so you choose what to add.
Do I sign on the platform?
Not yet. Sign as you do today, then mark the contract signed and upload the signed copy, and follow-up and alerts begin. Signing on the platform is coming.
Does it work for companies and teams?
Yes. Each organization has its approved clause library, identity and audit log today, and team member accounts with permissions and approval paths are coming soon.
Which languages can I use?
The interface is in Arabic by default and you can switch to English at any time, on phone or computer.
How are my contracts protected?
The connection is encrypted, only people you invite see a contract, sign-in supports two-step verification and passkeys, and every action in your account is recorded in the audit log.
